LIABILITY
After our equipment is set up, we assume no liability for accidents, personal injuries, or property loss. Refer to our safety policy and our equipment care guidelines for an understanding of associated risks.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your reservation with Setup My Sleepover, a non-refundable security deposit of $100 is required. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and ensures the reservation of your selected date for our services.
Cancellation Policy:

Payment for the entire booking is due 10 days before the scheduled sleepover.

In the case of cancellation 72 hours prior to the event, the payment will not be refunded.

Cancellations made between the 7th day and the 4th day before the scheduled event will result in a 50% deduction of the total service fee.

Cancellations made from the 8th day to the 10th day before the event will result in a 100% refund of the total service fee and security deposit.

Cancellations beyond 10 days before the event will result in a full refund of the security deposit.
Damage Policy:

The $100 security deposit will be refunded in full after the successful completion of the event, provided there are no damages to the equipment or property.

In the instance of damages, the client acknowledges that the $100 security deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs.
By submitting the $100 security deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy.
COVID POLICY
Rescheduling is offered to another available date.
SAFETY POLICY

Direct adult supervision for children under 10 during setup.

No children under 15 months on inflatable air mattresses.

Pets must be out of the party space during setup and pickup.

PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT

Clear the room before our arrival.

Sleepover setups require adequate space.

Direct supervision for children under 10 during setup.

Ask guests to bring a sleepover pillow for added sanitization.

Pets must be kept out of the setup space.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

Guests must refrain from jumping on sleepover beds.

Caution against damaging décor and equipment in the sleepover setup space.
STATEMENT OF SERVICE

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in all bookings.

We take pride in the cleanliness and presentation of our rental items. Cleanup services are limited to our rented equipment only. We kindly ask clients to ensure the general cleanliness of the event space for a seamless setup and pickup.

No additional event coordination or cleanup services beyond our rented items are provided.

Customization theme requests are welcomed and accommodated for an additional charge.
